Acceptance

Veda is operated by Digital Artisan Labs LLC. By using Veda's mobile apps, web app, website, or community features, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced by them.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Veda. If you use Veda on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

The Veda Service

Veda provides tools for model kit hobbyists to browse kit data, track build progress, manage a kit library, publish build posts, submit feedback, and contribute kit-related data such as runner and section mappings.

Veda may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also limit availability of features by platform, account status, region, moderation status, or technical constraints.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your account secure. Some Veda features may be available anonymously, while others require sign-in or account upgrade.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, use another user's account, or create accounts to evade moderation or platform restrictions.

Community Content

You are responsible for content you submit to Veda, including build posts, comments, profile details, reports, feedback, images, kit requests, mistake reports, and contribution data.

You must only upload or submit content that you own, created, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to submit. You may not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You grant Digital Artisan Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, moderate, publish, distribute, and use your submitted content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and support Veda.

Kit Data And Section Maps

Veda includes kit information and build-assistance data, including section maps, runner mappings, part relationships, notes, images, and metadata. Some of this data may be user contributed, community reviewed, imported, corrected, or edited over time.

User-contributed section maps, runner mappings, notes, photos, and kit contribution data are submitted by contributors and do not represent official instructions, approvals, or publications from Veda or any model-kit rights holder.

Contributors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are accurate, lawful, and do not include copyrighted manuals, scans, logos, artwork, or other protected material unless they have the right to submit it.

Independence From Rights Holders

Veda is an independent hobby tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Bandai, Bandai Namco, Sunrise, Sotsu, or other model-kit rights holders.

Gundam, Gunpla, Bandai, kit names, logos, product images, character names, and related marks remain property of their respective owners. References to those names are used for identification, compatibility, cataloging, community discussion, and hobby-tracking purposes.

If you are a rights holder and believe content in Veda infringes your rights or should be removed, contact admin@digitalartisanlabs.io with enough detail for us to locate and review the content.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Veda to harass others, post hateful or explicit content, spam, distribute malware, scrape or overload the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer restricted service behavior, or violate applicable law.

You may not submit false reports, manipulate ratings or community workflows, interfere with moderation, or use Veda to distribute copyrighted material without authorization.

Moderation And Removal

We may review, edit, reject, remove, disable access to, or limit distribution of user content or contribution data at our discretion, including when content appears inaccurate, harmful, unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, off-topic, or inconsistent with Veda's community standards.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict features, preserve records, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to operate Veda, protect users, handle rights-holder concerns, or enforce these terms.

Ownership

Digital Artisan Labs LLC owns Veda, including the app, website, software, designs, trademarks, branding, and service infrastructure. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights in Veda to you.

You retain whatever rights you have in content you submit, subject to the license you grant Veda and the rights of any third parties whose material may appear in your submission.

Disclaimers

Veda is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that kit data, section maps, runner mappings, build progress, images, community posts, or contribution data will be accurate, complete, available, or suitable for your particular build.

Model building involves tools, chemicals, sharp parts, paint, adhesives, and other materials that may carry safety risks. Veda is not a substitute for official product instructions, safety labels, manufacturer guidance, or your own judgment.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Artisan Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or content loss arising from your use of Veda.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Veda will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use Veda in the three months before the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app or on the website. Continued use of Veda after changes means you accept the updated terms.
